Adult Elsa Sweater Knitting Pattern

Our version of Little Miss Elsa has been upsized to include adult sizes! We have been asked about this for quite some time. And the pattern is now available!

There are a few differences in the patterns. The Adult Elsa has two options for a neck. Of course the cable neck, as well as a double rib neckline. The knitter can choose which option suits them the best. We have also changed the bottom hem and cuff of the sweater. The adult version has a double rib hem and cuff. The cable also runs down to the bottom of the sweater.
As usual, this sweater is knit in the round from the top down and is completely seamless! The only seaming that will be required is on the cable neck. If you haven’t tried a seamless sweater, this would be a great start!
If you are knitting the cable band, it is knit first. Stitches are then picked up along the bottom of the band to begin the sweater.
This sweater comes in 8 different sizes (Chest circumference):
XS: 34″ / 86.6 cm
S: 36″ / 90.5 cm
M: 39″ / 99 cm
L: 42″ / 106.5 cm
XL: 45″ / 114.5 cm
2XL: 48″ / 122 cm
3XL: 51″ / 129.5 cm
4XL: 54″ / 137 cm
Yarn:
This pattern was designed with Simply Alpaca Aran wool, in Alma colourway. Any worsted weight yarn will work.
Amount of yarn required:
1000 (1100, 1200, 1300) [1400, 1500, 1600, 1700] yards
900 (990, 1080, 1170) [1260, 1350, 1440, 1430] meters
Gauge:
18 stitches x 24 rows = 4″ (10 cm) x 4″ (10 cm) in stockinette stitch
Needles:
5 mm (8 US) circular needles or size required to meet gauge
