Cable Blanket Knitting Patterns

written by KnotEnufKnitting April 28, 2023

Have you ever been bored knitting an afghan? Have you knit many individual squares and sewed them together to make an afghan? Take a look at these afghan / blanket knitting patterns that are unique and all full of fun cables to knit!

Seamless Square Knit Afghan

The Seamless Square Knit Afghan is one of my favourite! I love the look of a patchwork quilt without having to sew the individual pieces together. All of these squares are knit at the same time. It is completely seamless! You have to give this pattern a try.

A Seamless Wonder Afghan

The Seamless Wonder Afghan is indeed a seamless wonder. This knitting pattern is seamless and you won’t have to sew any pieces of the afghan together. It is knit differently from your normal knit afghan, but is such a fun knit! There are a total of 8 different sections plus a border. You must also give this afghan a whirl!

Seamless Cable Edge Afghan

The seamless Cable Edge afghan was my second Mystery Knit Afghan. This one is knit in strips. Each strip has a unique pattern. You knit these strips one after another. Included in this pattern is a cable border that is added to the afghan when it is finished.
