Joy Christmas Pillow Cover is a pattern for a knitted Christmas Pillow Cover!
Looking for some knitting to help you relax in the busyness of December? This is it! This pattern is broken up into 3 weeks, starting December 1st. You will have a completed Christmas Pillow by December 21st!

The beautiful cable design compliments the word ‘Joy’ running vertically down the right side of the pillow. A fun knit that you can add to your Christmas decor, and enjoy year after year. This would also make a great Christmas gift for a handmade gift everyone will love. Make it up in a few colours!
This pillow it knit in the round from the bottom up. Provisional cast on is used and then the bottom of the pillow is sewn together using kitchener stitch. Otherwise, if you do a regular cast on, you can sew the bottom of the pillow together.
This pattern comes in 1 size. The finished pillow fits a standard throw pillow – 18″ x 18″.
A flap is knit at the top of the pillow and fastened at the back with 3 buttons.
This pattern is both written and charted.
Gauge: 18 stitches x 24 rows = 4″ (10 cm) x 4″ (10 cm) in stockinette stitch.
Needles: 5 mm (8 US) circular needles
Yarn: 660 yards of Cascade 220 worsted weight yarn.
Also need: 3 buttons, tapestry needle, ruler
